Privacy and cookies
This page explains what happens when you visit fillo.club or send us an enquiry. For questions about your information, use our enquiry form.
Enquiries
We collect the club or studio name, email address, activity and any message you choose to send. We use these details to respond and discuss Fillo with you. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Enquiries are stored on our hosting server and forwarded to the Fillo team through our delivery provider, Resend. Delivery retries use the same reference to avoid duplicate messages. Successfully dispatched copies are removed from the website’s enquiry store after 90 days. Correspondence may remain in the team’s records while the conversation is relevant. You can ask us to delete it.
Optional analytics
If you allow it, Google Analytics measures page visits and whether an enquiry form is opened or submitted. It uses cookies, including cookies beginning with _ga. We do not send your club name, email address or message to Google Analytics. We disable advertising signals and ad personalisation in our website configuration.
The Google tag does not load until you choose “Allow analytics”. “No thanks” leaves it off. You can change your choice below or in the website footer. We store that choice in your browser for up to six months. If analytics is not configured, no analytics banner or Google tag is loaded.
Google’s handling of Analytics data is described in its privacy policy.
Hosting and security
Hostinger hosts the website and Cloudflare handles its public traffic. Standard server logs can include IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information. We use this information to operate the site and investigate abuse. The contact endpoint limits repeated requests and does not put form contents into analytics or access-log URLs.
Your choices
You can decline analytics and still use the website and enquiry form. Use our enquiry form to ask about information you have sent us, request a correction or ask for deletion.
